Julia Kopala shares her wisdom and experience gathered from thirty-seven years as a teacher and counsellor in the Edmonton Catholic School District. She has personally and professionally pursued a path of holistic health for over thirty years. During this time she has become acquainted with a variety of holistic
practices and has received certification in acupressure, and teacher qualifications in yoga and Reiki. Julia resides in Edmonton, Alberta, with her husband and partner John. Together they have two amazing adult children, Joshua and Justine.
Currently Julia is immersed in a number of writing projects and continues to teach and practice Reiki. Julia’s love for life embraces a passion for Argentine tango, exhilarating rides on her BMW 650 motorcycle, and contemporary camping on the shores of “Alberta’s ocean.”
